1. When will I receive my order?

Standard delivery takes about 48 to 72 hours with Colissimo (France only).

If it’s a pre-order, the production and shipping time is clearly stated in the product page and confirmation emails.

2. How can I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email.

We use Colissimo for fast and reliable shipping.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are handled securely via SumUp.

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us quickly — we’ll do our best to help you out.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or an exchange.

Items must be unworn and in original condition.

6. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to mainland France.
